Native historians and traditional arts experts Elizabeth James-Perry and Jonathan Perry of the Aquinnah Tribe from the island of Noepe and Leah Hopkins, a member of the Niantic Tribe will demonstrate outdoor cooking techniques using culinary practices and ingredients found in the New England Landscape in 1675. Bring a bowl and a cloth napkin (no plastic or paper will be provided).
