NORTHFIELD SELECTBOARD TO HOLD FORUM AUGUST 27
TO RECEIVE CITIZEN SUGGESTIONS ON NEXT TOWN ADMINISTRATOR
NORTHFIELD, MA – The Northfield Selectboard has scheduled a community forum on August 27, 2018 to give residents the opportunity to share their thoughts on the qualifications and attributes they would like to see in Northfield’s next Town Administrator.
The forum will be held on Monday, August 27, at 6:00 p.m. at the Dickinson Memorial Library at 115 Main Street, Northfield.
“We are interested in hearing citizens’ recommendations regarding the expertise and qualifications they would like to see in their next Town Administrator,” said Tracy Rogers, Chairman of the Northfield Selectboard. “It is important that Northfield’s citizens are an integral part of the Town Administrator selection process.”
The Town has hired the consulting firm Community Paradigm Associates, LLC, to assist in the search process. Representatives from the firm, including Principal Bernard Lynch, will attend the community forum along with members of the Selectboard.
The Northfield Selectboard expects to have a new Town Administrator selected by the end of October.
